  • How soon will I get my products?

    Your Account Manager will confirm this, but in almost all cases, we deliver the next working day. Orders made in the webshop usually takes 1-2 days to deliver. Yet 90% of the orders placed before 16:00 ships the next business day.




    Can I get my goods faster?

    Currently our fastest delivery service is next business day. But we can arrange for you to collect your goods from our Dutch warehouse yourself.




    Can I make private purchases?

    No, unfortunately you can not act in private. Infotheek only supplies to VAT registered businesses, governments and registered organizations.




    Can I open a credit account?

    Indeed, in most cases. We will ask companies to pay in advance for their first order. Afterwards a credit relationship is almost always possible. Our standard payment terms are 14-30 days after invoicing. Please contact us at +46313891280 for more information.




    Do you sell Class A refurbished products?

    Yeah. Approved Selection is our high quality refurbished hardware line. Approved Selection was created mainly for two reasons.

    Yes, Infotheek offers various leasing alternatives. Leasing can be useful when you have large-scale plans that you can afford, just not all at once. We determine together in consultation the duration and exact content of the agreement.




    What does the product codes mean?

    You can find Infotheeks product number to the left of the description in quotations, order confirmations and invoices. The first seven digits of the product number refers to the model itself, and the letter and number after is referring to the product status.




    Who is my Account Manager?

    All our customers have an account manager, regardless of size. If you do not know who your account manager is, you can simply call us at our central number at: +46313891280 and we will either connect you to your contact or assign your own new businesscontact.
